    The common loon - the provincial bird of Ontario and state bird of Minnesota. The patterns on their plumage are quite striking and placed in the blue waters of the Canadian Rockies, it's one of our favourite locations to observe these excellent swimmers.
    We can’t decide what we like more about this displaying dusky grouse: the air sacks on their neck, or their eye combs above their eyes. You?
